  Can’t use the free dipped fruit cone. I went on valentines day to claim it and they told me I cant since its a holiday. They told me to come back another day and they’ll honor the coupon. I came back a week later on a non-holiday Saturday and the lady told me this store doesn’t do it. Why would they tell me to come back on another day only to not honor it again?

  Edible Arrangements location on S Front Street has high quality ingredients that are made with their Edible decorations that are put together with care by a great staff. The staff are very attentive to the front door to see as soon as customers walk into the store.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Two completely separate Edible Arrangements orders—placed and paid for by different senders—were improperly combined into one delivery and presented in a sloppy, careless manner. This completely defeated the purpose of sending individual gifts, where presentation is a major part of what customers are paying for. When we contacted the store to address the issue, the supervisor, Miguel, was dismissive and unprofessional, repeatedly asking “what the problem was” instead of acknowledging the mistake or taking accountability. Given the price point, the importance of gift presentation, and the already poor reputation of this location based on other reviews, this experience was unacceptable. This store clearly lacks both quality control and basic customer service standards.

  I’ve been a loyal Edible Arrangements customer for years, but my recent visit to the Front Street South Philly location was extremely disappointing. I purchased a fruit arrangement and two cheesecakes — expecting the usual fresh, moist, and creamy desserts. Instead, the cheesecakes were hard, dry, and clearly not fresh. They tasted like they’d been sitting in the case far too long. To make matters worse, when I asked for a bag to carry my purchase, the young lady at the counter told me they didn’t have any bags. I was shocked — how does a store selling delicate fruit arrangements not have bags? After I questioned it, she went to speak with another employee. I couldn’t hear their conversation, but suddenly she did have a bag to give me. I offered to pay for it and even said she could keep the $2 tip I was going to give her, but she awkwardly replied, “Oh, I didn’t know we had those bags.” Really? That’s just dishonest. You did know — you just didn’t want to bother checking until you realized I wasn’t going to let it slide. Between the stale cheesecake and poor customer service, this location has completely lost my confidence. I’ll be taking my business to another Edible Arrangements from now on — one that values honesty and quality.
