I don't know if it's the packaging or the delivery person, but as soon as the man handed me my arrangement, it stunk of perfume/cologne. Gave me a horrible migraine and my eyes are very itchy from the smell. This was a sympathy gift after the death of my cousin. Didn't really want this migraine on top of my grief. This smell is overpowering and I can't even enjoy this gift that was sent to cheer me up. There's also a very gooey film on the fruit and one of the pineapples is very squishy. Looks okay enough but it feels like it's either rotted or on its way. I've always had good experiences with Edible Arrangements so I'm not sure if it's this location or if they've just declined in quality.

- MVMiss VFeb 16, 20221.0THEE worst! I had to give it one star so that I could leave a review. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from Ridge Avenue's Edible Arrangement the order is ALWAYS incorrect. I try to give them my business because they are closer to my demographic; however, I won't make that mistake again. Most recently I ordered a fruit bouquet from them to arrive on Feb 13. They sent me a pic of the delivered item and it was a floral bouquet. Not what I purchased and definitely not worth what I paid for the fruit. I called the next day (February 14th) and spoke to a very nice young lady, Miranda, who confirmed that I did, in fact, order a fruit bouquet and re-issued the order for delivery on that day. Still nothing. I called all day on February 15th to speak to someone as to the whereabouts of my order and no one answered the phone ALL day. Today I called and just requested a refund. I can't be bothered. I will go back to my dependable, franchise in Jenkintown, PA who are on point EVERY SINGLE TIME.
