  I called ahead searching for the tye dye fleece lined crocs for Christmas 🎄 gift for my mother..the sales rep was so helpful in locating what she said was the last pair, she advised she'd leave it at the front for pickup. I walked over in a/b an hour and the crocs, were not there!'Before I could get inpatient another sales associate found another pair that seemed to be situated in another unmarked area...either way I was pleased & able to checkout in under 20mins👍👍👍...I also stopped for a pretzel & a lemonade from Auntie's is was ok☺

  It's a nice store but the mall is like a ghost town (during Xmas!) due to covid-19. However, I returned some shoes there and wanted to order a different size and the manager was a nightmare! I called DSW 1st to make sure I could do this in-store and I was assured easy-peasy, no sweat. Well this manager didn't have a clue what he was doing. It took a half-hour! Seriously, and there were no other customers in the store. The whole time he was twitchy and huffy and weird. It was a simple even exchange transaction (he didn't know what that phrase meant) but the experience was awful and he was rude on top of it. The store is new so it's nice looking but the staff is not well trained or knowledgeable (or polite).
