  Be careful when buying from this store, because they do not give refunds for returned goods, only store credit in the form of points on a loyalty card. I called customer service, and they said they couldn't help me. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from a Hugo Boss store.

  Two days ago I bought a black sweater, the quality of the fabric turned out to be bad and I immediately got clues. I came today and wanted to return it, I was told that it was impossible. I had to give this sweater to the general manager of the store. I hope you will be warm in my sweater made of bad fabric, wear it with pleasure every day. I'm always happy to give you gifts. Very bad service for today's shift. Some new people who are absolutely not competent.

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store on September 17, 2025. I was attempting to use a store credit that I had received for a previous return. When I first returned the item, the store manager somehow gave me a gift card and instead issued a store credit. I reluctantly accepted this, thinking I would be able to use it easily in the future. However, when I tried to use the store credit on September 17, a new associate manager was extremely rude. She looked at the credit and claimed it was issued by a "previous store manager," and therefore, she would not honor it. I was confused, as the credit was from the same store. When I asked if there was anything she could do to resolve the issue, she impatiently told me to leave. She then turned her back on me and walked away. I was completely taken aback by her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I find it unacceptable that a store manager would treat a customer this way and refuse to honor a valid store credit issued by your company.
