- LWLiang WuSep 17, 20251.0I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store on September 17, 2025. I was attempting to use a store credit that I had received for a previous return. When I first returned the item, the store manager somehow gave me a gift card and instead issued a store credit. I reluctantly accepted this, thinking I would be able to use it easily in the future. However, when I tried to use the store credit on September 17, a new associate manager was extremely rude. She looked at the credit and claimed it was issued by a "previous store manager," and therefore, she would not honor it. I was confused, as the credit was from the same store. When I asked if there was anything she could do to resolve the issue, she impatiently told me to leave. She then turned her back on me and walked away. I was completely taken aback by her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I find it unacceptable that a store manager would treat a customer this way and refuse to honor a valid store credit issued by your company.
