  I bought a sweatshirt that pill-ed after wearing it once. I was very disappointed in the quality. I was unable to return it because I was told that "Alo clothes don't pill"...but it sure did. Don't bother with this brand. So not worth it. Brilliant marketing though.

  I hadn't visited this store for a few months and definitely won't be returning after today. I went in to try on a few sweatshirts and at the dressing rooms, a black woman working told me I would need to leave my nice Longchamp tote bag and Aritzia shopping bag, which had a brand new purchase in it, outside the room. I have never been asked to do this in this store before, even thought I have come in carrying a tote bag of the same size. But I understand stores in the city want to minimize shoplifters and it could be a new policy, so fine. I took my wallet and sweater out and left the rest of my things outside. Then, not even 5 minutes into trying things on, I hear someone aggressively trying the knob on my door trying to get in. I opened the door and it was the same black woman staff member. She had literally just showed me into that room, so there is no way she could have been just checking if the room was occupied/forgot I was in there, because there were barely even any other shoppers in the dressing room at that time. That rubbed me the wrong way and as soon as I opened the door and saw it was her, she asked me "What was your name again?". That is definitely something she could have asked me through a closed door after KNOCKING on my door politely like a normal person instead of trying to break in while I was changing! It was extremely odd behavior and felt like a microagression. I left immediately, uncomfortable, without purchasing anything. The staff that was there over the summer 2025 was much better, I miss them as they were much more polite and not weird and microagressive. I unfortunately did not recognize any of the staff when I went in this time. I will not be returning as long as the lady I had the misfortune of interacting with today is still employed.

  I GOING TO HAVE TO GIVE THIS PRODUCT, 2 stars, due to the fact . After being washed little lint balls developed.. Causes the sweatshirt to look older then 1 week old. I’m going back to Lululemon!! NOT SATISFIED!!
