  security guard was super rude there was 10 more mins till the store was closing and he was rushing me out then there was 2 more mins and he demanded me to go to the front and pay. Being very disrespectful.

  The store is much smaller than other big city locations, but still very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Many popular items online aren't available in store. I've found the quality of their products inconsistent—some are made superiorly well and others can feel basic and low quality. I still shop here for unique pieces but I'd head to Vuori or Lululemon next door for cheaper basics. Avoid shopping here on weekends and after 4pm during the week... Not sure why this store attracts so many rowdy young people and I'm pretty sure I've seen shady dealings and theft here despite security guards and police present.

  Lady who answered the phone is extremely rude no customer service skills i offered to buy an item online an pay right then and pick up following day and she was like well u can but we won’t look for the order until the end of the day. Like learn customer service for once, don’t ever shop there again and i’ll make sure others don’t. Hire rude people give rude service sounds about right!!!!
