  this was my first time at this location and Jasmine was a great help, unfortunately they didnt have my size so she was able to order them for pick up at a location even closer to me! she made the process super easy and i will be coming back to KOP just for her!

  Excellent experience at Christian Louboutin in King of Prussia. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole shopping experience feel special. Beautiful selection and outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back.

  Went in to get shoes with my fiancée and you can tell a difference in service between people of color and White people. Employees continued to talk at the register and not provide service.

  I just wanted to try them on and they knew it. They treated me amazing and I did almost buy a pair. But for rods and pins in my leg- it would've happened. I understand why people love these shoes. They fit like an extra pair of skin. I sincerely appreciate the customer service I received. If I decide to pull the trigger, I will be making a trip to this store.

  I got to the KOP mall on Friday 3/13 around 10:30am. When I arrived at CL, the door was locked and the sales girl was vacuuming the floor. I knocked on the door and asked what time they opened (because the rest of the mall was open already) and I also asked her if she could let me know the price of a shoe that I could see from the door so I could compare prices in other stores as I perused the mall waiting for them to open. She give me an instant attitude! She annoyingly told me the store opened at 11. I walked and around the mall and came back to CL around 11:10AM by this time she is standing at the register. She looked up, see's me walk in, never says hello, can I help you - nothing. I look around for a bit, but at that point I had already made up my mind I wasn't buying anything out of that store. I will take my money elsewhere.
