So disappointed in myself for even going into this dead mall. Last I shopped at this store was maybe 9 years ago. I go in because my teenager wanted a pair of jeans last minute. We purchase the jeans in cash no issue and walked out. My daughter found jeans elsewhere and decided to return the jeans. I stand by the door as she attempts to return the jeans. I hear some yelling from 3 associates and I walk up to the counter. The male associate was going on about them not carrying cash. I asked the cashier what the problem was and she continues to say no cash. I pull out my credit card for the return to go on my card and the male associate just continues to ramble about the cash and how I sent my teenager to do a return. He really tried to provoke me. He was so petty as I leave the store he continues to talk about us like we did something wrong for returning something. I felt like I was getting pranked, the entire situation didn’t seem real. The other 2 employees just stood there like airheads.

IF I COULD I WOULD DO A 0 STAR FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worse customer service I ever dealt with and 0% accountability to assist you when a package is lost. Their customer service staff all have attitude or clueless in a situation. They won't offer a refund when a package is worse, its worse they blame the customer and basically say for the customer to figure it out with the carrier. They offer no support and no option for a solution.
