  I didn't know about Primark. Wow. Found a great Eagles jacket for under $100. What a find. This place has a lot of good and quality stuff. 😊. Look, we love to complain. I found the customer service was standard. As for security, everywhere. Some people should shop online. But, budgets are tight, we downtown Philadelphia, and this place is a good place to stay on budgets. I like it. B back soon.

  I gave this location a 1 star based off of the staff that works here. Came here 3 different times and every time the employees are rude. Customer service is not a priority to them, its terrible!!! Every time I check out they do not greet you at the counter, they dont tell u the total I had to look at screen. Also once transaction complete nothing was said to me, no simple "Have a nice day." As a shopper I feel that Customers should leave feeling happy, not leaving with "Never coming back to this location." Which I am not. Willow Grove location the staff are always very kind and make the customer leave happy!

  I love their Velvet Leggings and hoodies and sweatshirts and much much more! My only concern is every time I'm there and time to check out the lines are super long you got the workers not wanting to really do much because they out on the floor and worrying about who's going steal.. don't worry yourself because people are going still regardless.. they're just good at what they do.. help us check out and when we get up there to the register don't change the prices.. This happens EVERY TRIP!
