I purchased some things and i forgot to use my reward after i paid for whole thing and i was in the store it’s just a few seconds to remind myself. so i go back to same lady(hong)who help me to checkout. She took of 2 thing from my receipt and refund me $10.57 and she refund both items and use my $10 reward and she asked me to pay $1.39 so I don’t understand that if she refund me $10.57 for same item and at the same time she charged me $11.39 for same items so i asked her but she said i have no idea how’s that happen so i asked her to check with your manager so the manager(shamuel) came and i asked him same question and instead of solving my problem he started cursing at me and didn’t even solve my problem or listen to me. Have worst experience at this store. I will never recommend anyone.
