  The young manager needs some training on how to manage customers in line. I was holding a ton of clothes waiting patiently and sat and watched her on her little head wallow talkie not helping customers just strutting back and forth. The girls at the register was working hard to help the customers but this manager was CLUELESS. She walked back and forth interrupting the girls with silly questions and then instead of helping customers. She barked that we were standing in front of a display that people need to shop. I sat there with at least &600 in merchandise. Even dropped a piece because I could not hold it and then she didn’t even help me pick it up. She was clueless. So I walked out. The manager needs to help real customers about to buy and raise your sales volume. Not bark at them and herd us for imaginary customer. Bad management for sure. It’s sad because this mall is hurting and they need to train their young girl managers better. Open your eyes. Get of the ear bud and actually do CISTONER service. The greeter was great though she said hello and welcomed me and when I left she was very pleasant. Manager needs to follow HER lead.
