My experience at the auction conducted by Brian Figard was nothing short of infuriating. The entire event was a disorganized mess from start to finish. The auctioneer was inattentive to the buyers, showing a blatant disregard for both the items being auctioned and the people who attended.
It was evident that Brian Figard did not care to be there, as he was careless with the items and completely unprofessional in his approach. His lack of attention and organization made the auction a chaotic and frustrating experience for everyone involved.
I left the auction feeling incredibly disappointed and angry. If you're looking for a competent and professional auctioneer, avoid Brian Figard at all costs. This was the worst auction I have ever attended, and I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone.

Attending an auction conducted by Brian Figard was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. The event was extremely disorganized from the start. There was a noticeable lack of structure and professionalism throughout the auction. At one point, Mr. Figard began telling attendees to "take what you want," a clear indication of his inability to manage the auction process effectively.
To make matters worse, it appeared that the family of the estate was performing most of the tasks meant for his helpers, further highlighting the lack of preparation and professionalism. This chaotic approach not only devalued the items on auction but also disrespected both the sellers and potential buyers.
If you value your items and expect a professional, well-run auction, I strongly advise against using Brian Figard's services. His disorganization resulted in items being practically given away, with many selling for as little as $1. This auction was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever attended.

Very Disorganized, incompetent, the auction did not run smoothly. The auction manager did not unpack boxes. Boxed full of new sets of dishes, depression ware, new name brand kitchen items, numerous high dollar items were left wrapped in paper and sold as a box lot in a “wind row”. They would auction one row over and over until no one bid. Near the end he sold around 30 boxes 20 lamps and sets of dishes and cookware to one person for $1.00. She hauled 2 truck loads away. They sold items that weren’t to be sold. The wife got into an argument with me in front of everyone. The auction manager blatantly took things off the way and said these were on the floor. It was a debacle and heartbreaking to see my families life be treated like a yard sale. Please do your homework on these people. They have a silver tongue but do not come through with their golden promises.
