    Kinda bummed about this experience. I ordered cookies to be delivered to my boyfriend’s work for Christmas and was told they’d be there by 5 PM since it’s a business address. They ended up being delivered after 7 PM, once his job was already closed. It ruined the surprise and just made me sad because it was supposed to be something special. Just wish the delivery timing was more accurate.

    What I ordered and what was delivered !! Horrible customer service. I order same day and paid the $10 delivery fee. I didn’t get my order until the following day and this is exactly how it was delivered , 3 cupcakes, no balloons, old fruits .

    I'm beyond disappointed with my recent purchase! Because of last minute obligations, I was unable to visit a friend of mine for their 30th bday party. I thought it would be a nice surprise to have their favorite kind of cake delivered on their bday. On November 11th , I ordered the red velvet 7" cake, that was supposed to include 5 chocolate covered strawberries on top. The description even states that it includes strawberries, so this wasnt an additional charge that needed to be added. To my surprise and disappointment, the cake was delivered without the strawberries. ( you can tell by the picture I provided, there were never strawberries on the cake. There's no indentation marks left, or chocolate residue, nor does the icing look disturbed, besides the ugly cracks. For the order to be placed before store even opened at 6am and delivered before 6pm.. why does the icing look so dry as if cake was not freshly made?) The cake literally looked like something I just grabbed from the local market. If I wanted something that looked that cheap, I could've just InstaCarted them something from a grocery store; it would've been A LOT cheaper. I've shopped with this company before, but only in my local city (Atlanta). I expected the quality and presentation to be the same everywhere. I feel like I wasted money and something that was supposed to be special, was dampened by a blatant lack of attention. The strawberries are the easiest part of the cake! To spend over $70 to not get what you ordered or expected is not OK. I really didn't have the funds to splurge like this on a cake, but this was my way of apologizing for not being able to be physically present. I would like to know how I can be compensated for this. I'm not interested in receiving vouchers or coupons for future orders, as I now feel there may be other competitors I overlooked, simply just trying to be loyal to Edible Arrangements!! And after reading reviews from this particular location, I see that you all should just be shut down completely because you ARE NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF THE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS FRANCHISE!! 1st contact of issue: Form filled out via website "customer service" tab (11/11/2025) 2nd contact of issue: phone call to store where purchased ...No Answer..Called 3x during early business hours (11/13/2025) 3rd contact of issue: Filled out forms again on website AND posting Google review (11/17/2025). I gave you all so many opportunities to make this situation right. I work in fine dining and i KNOW how greatly negative reviews impact the business. I tried to allow time to have things worked out. But no one has reached out to me and the store wont answer the phone!! Even though I was disappointed in the cake itself, I still acknowledge you made a cake. So I never expected full refund. I simply want to be refunded the equivalent of 5 covered strawberries, because I didn't receive that. You know how much you all charge for an order of strawberries. Do the math (as I have already done) and provide me a refund for the equivalent of 5. Like I stated earlier, I'm not interested in ANY form of credit,voucher, or coupons....

    If I could I would have given them big fat 0 for their lack of professionalism. What a horrible experience. I ordered an arrangement with flowers as a special gift for my sister’s 30th wedding anniversary, only to find out the flowers were never delivered. The store never contacted me to let me know they were sold out. The girl at the store claimed she called, but admitted she never left a message—seriously, who does that? If you don’t leave a message, how is the customer supposed to know there’s a problem? Yes, they refunded me for the flowers, but that completely misses the point. This was for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and had I known in advance, I could have arranged flowers from somewhere else. Instead, I was left empty-handed and embarrassed. It feels like I was robbed—not of money, but of the chance to give my sister the full gift she deserved on such an important day. Unprofessional, careless, and absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from this store again.
