However this one white girl with black hair purple/pink highlights. I didn’t get her name. There was no Hi or how are you. She was just lazy and rude. I was picking up my order like normal. She said last name. Like is that a greeting of some form that I’m oblivious to? She handed me my order. I asked for a bag and she just handed me a bag to bag myself. She didn’t bag up the shoes for me. I thought that was very inconsiderate. Like, are you just that lazy? Or do you have a problem bagging? Is that not in your job description? So you mean to tell me if a person buys some shoes you expect them to bag their own shoes. Now I’m not saying I spend a lot of money there, even if I did that’s just horrible customer service! What kind of store are you! What kind of employees do you have working there. There was also no have a great day, or happy holidays. I love DSW but I will be shopping online and get it sent to my house or shop at the waterfront location. At least they know how to give excellent customer service.

Stopped in shopping for boots, the store is huge, I figured would have a great selection at decent price point. Did not find one item I would considered purchasing prices were also very expensive for sub-quality boots and shoes. Perhaps this is why the store was practically empty during a very busy holiday shopping season!
