  I know this is way late to review something, but TWICE I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. I'll NEVER shop at this particular store again, I'll go to the Gettysburg outlet location where I was treated with respect like a customer of a store should be. .... my daughter and I stopped in on black Friday, there was maybe only one or two other people in the store. I had one item to return. I walked up to the counter and the young woman working there was doing aomething in another location of the store. I could see her but no greeting or acknowledgement. She finally came over to the counter after several minutes and had something in her hand, some item of clothing or something, she finally looked over at me and said "yeah?!".... I kid you not. Who gets greeted in a place of business with "yeah?!" Like I'm annoying her by existing. My 23 year old daughter was shocked. I was appalled at being treated like that, and again I know it's months after the fact but every time I think about writing this review it was always at the wrong time when I couldn't stop and take a moment to write it. But seriously how do you hire people like this? Are you that desperate to fill positions that you can't get anybody that actually gives a crap? And this is the second time I had been treated like this in the span of a couple of years that I actually stopped in. And I believe the last time I got an attitude was the same young lady. I'm feeling like this is happening at a lot of businesses lately, that spots are just being filled with bodies to do the minimal and not actually care about what they are doing. Needless to say I will never return to this location. Do better!

  The place is easily located. There is a good amount of parking, including handicap parking. There are a wide range of other stores in very close proximity. The store is clean and well kept. I was there to pick up an order for a family member. Pick up was easy and hassle free. The staff was kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

  Poor customer service. They didn't greet me when I walked in the store nor did they offer to help me. When I did finally Will not shop here again

  Very helpful and courteous staff. Greeted me at the door and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. When I said I was just checking things out she said just to let her know if I needed help.
