- JOJohn O5 days ago2.0Just got off the phone with a rude supervisor at LL Bean. I started shopping at Bean in the early 80's when I was in my early teens in High School, it was the best back then, quality, prices, custom service. It is just unbelievable of the people taking orders and dealing with people, a supervisor yet who was just plain rude. Old Leon Leonwood is probably turning over in his grave if knowing what LL Bean is now. Very sad and not a new story with almost everything today.
