  I brought in a late 90s Citizen Eco-Drive that needed a new capacitor. I had been searching for a while and was having a hard time finding anyone local who could actually perform the work. From the moment I walked in and spoke with Samantha, the experience was top-tier. She was incredibly welcoming and made it clear they would love to help. ​What impressed me most was that they were able to fix the watch on-site without having to ship it out. Samantha went above and beyond, ensuring my watch was handled with care and even taking the time to show me several pieces from their excellent collection while I was there. Their attention to detail and customer service is far superior to any jewelry or watch store I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be returning to Samantha and Precision Watches for all my future horological needs.

  I cannot express enough how amazing the team at Precision is. They have been so helpful and personable as I’ve navigated the beginning of my watch collecting journey whether it’s entry level pieces or beautiful collectors items, they’ve been so supportive. I truly appreciate the zero-pressure on buying, and they’ve been so great with allowing me to really search through their collections and find pieces that fit me, my personality, and my aesthetic. Whether it’s trying things on, discussing interests, or walking me through different brands. I absolutely love working with Karli, and she has made my watch journey so incredible and removed all the anxiety out of finding and sourcing watches for my collection. I feel like I could chat with her or anyone else in the store for hours, and I truly mean it when I say how human it feels to connect with the team. I don’t feel as if they only want to sell me, they make it truly feel like they want to get to know you and your story, and help support you in your journey. Everyone else from the team is also so helpful and always looking out for each other, and they’re even helpful when trying to find a piece that they might not have in store or from brands that may not even be listed. Regardless of whether you’re looking for your first ever watch or you’re a serious collector, I genuinely think that the precision family is one of the best to join and invest your time in. They care about you just as much as the watches.

  Vintage Omega Watch Repair – Excellent! I highly recommend Precision Watches for repair of vintage Omega watches. In late December 2025 I provided my father’s circa 1972 Omega, caliber 1022, for complete servicing and repair of the crown. It had not been serviced since 2006 (yes, I’m bad but learning). I received the watch back in late February 2026. I was very surprised! They had replaced the dial and crystal, at my request, and when I initially saw it I had tears in my I. My father’s watch looked like the day he bought it. When I took it back to Virginia, I also determined that it was keeping excellent time. I want to thank Samantha for keeping me informed and her responsive communication, Donny for his professionalism when I delivered the watch. His examination was very thorough and very professional. I explained that it was my father’s watch, and he knew how important the watch was to me. He similarly had a family heirloom which made me feel better.
