They told me they would not accept a return because I put gas in the go-kart! I said how would I to know it didn’t run right if I didn’t put gas in it! Referred me to 2 places to have a repaired. Neither place worked on that go-kart! I would not recommend this store to anybody to buy anything! They have given me the runaround for the last three days! How can you sell a defective piece of equipment and not back it up? They suggested that I called the manufacturer. I really can’t see how it’s my responsibility to contact the manufacturer for something that they sold that was defective!

Every time I go back to the gun displays, the employees act like I'm invisible. I'm not alone in this. I've seen it occur with other people standing with me, waiting for some assistance. On one occasion, an employee was straightening the ammunition shelves. Fine. But when someone is practically hovering over you and you purposefully refuse to make eye contact, that's a different story. Even more so when the customer is talking to his daughter about wanting to look at something, just a couple of feet away. I hope the corporate management reads this. You lost two purchases from me within the past couple of months, solely due to the terrible customer service. I gladly paid a little more in both instances at established gun shops that provided customer service.
