- AGAmanda Grant5 days ago1.0Horrible experience in this store! Will not be returning! They judge based on how you are dressed as if you don’t have money. If you take longer then they like they judge you. As we were leaving the guy said in his headset in front of us at the register “yeah the girlfriend and boyfriend are leaving and actually bought something”. When we called back the same guy answered when we asked to speak to the manager he claimed to be the manager. So unprofessional! Definitely horrible service!

While in the store with my son, the associate (male) on duty was engaged on their personal phone while sitting on the counter and did not acknowledge or greet us upon entering. We remained in the store for some time, yet there was no offer of assistance or even basic customer recognition. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and attentive environment, especially from a brand with your reputation. This lack of professionalism made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Shopping with a child can already require patience, and the absence of even minimal customer service was frustrating. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed with the staff at this location to ensure better service for future customers. I value good customer service and hope this feedback helps improve the in-store experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
