  Good over all but lacks variety of dresses. In my experience ordering online would be a better choice.

  I was very impressed with Windsor in Park City Center Mall in PA. The store itself was very organized despite it being a busy day. While the line to the dressing rooms was long, it seemed to move quickly. My daughter and I were able to walk out with tremendous deals! I bought a pair of boots, 2 pairs of heels, and 2 dresses for about $35.00! We were beyond thrilled with our take away. On top of that, Michael at the checkout desk took care of us. He was very patient when asked to get us a few pairs of shoes. He also was so polite and helpful. It was a bustling day at the store, and he remained calm, pleasant, professional, and efficient. Do not hesitate to check out this store location and take advantage of their sales.

  Stephen was wonderful. Due to high volume and long lines, Stephen stayed open longer to accommodate everyone in line. THANK YOU!

  Waited over TWO hours in line for the fitting room. There was no dress limit, people butting in line. Apparently it was like this last year as well. Do better as a company. Prepare for the busy homecoming season. There has to be a better solution. Add more temporary fitting rooms for this time of year, something has to give. What REALLY set me over the edge, as soon as we got a fitting room-a worker was hollering about how they were now soon going to be closing and to be courteous of those still in line. I’m sorry- but where was that when we first got in line and waited forever. Enough people will hopefully complain for the company to recognize this. DO BETTER WNDSOR!
