  Stephen was wonderful. Due to high volume and long lines, Stephen stayed open longer to accommodate everyone in line. THANK YOU!

  Waited over TWO hours in line for the fitting room. There was no dress limit, people butting in line. Apparently it was like this last year as well. Do better as a company. Prepare for the busy homecoming season. There has to be a better solution. Add more temporary fitting rooms for this time of year, something has to give. What REALLY set me over the edge, as soon as we got a fitting room-a worker was hollering about how they were now soon going to be closing and to be courteous of those still in line. I’m sorry- but where was that when we first got in line and waited forever. Enough people will hopefully complain for the company to recognize this. DO BETTER WNDSOR!

  Waited 2.5 hours to try on 6 dresses with my daughter. As we got close to the dressing room, we could tell what was taking so long, some girls were taking 10-15 dresses at a time, having their parents/friends going to grab more dresses. No employees monitoring the line or the number of dresses. When you only have 5 dressing rooms, you owe it to your customers to keep that line moving and enforce your 6 dress limit. Disappointed!

  So it was busy… line out of the store to try on items😒 after leaving my daughter to deal with that, since she felt the need to shop there, my son and I stopped back 40 minutes later and the line hadn’t moved.😳 I finally convinced her to get over herself and pull the dresses over her leggings and shirt. Plus, the dresses already had snags and pulls all over them (was not impressed with the quality) but it’s for 2 nights so who cares. The 12 year old employee telling people “ no more than 6 items in the dressing room “ told my daughter she couldn’t do that. My daughter silenced me with a look and continued to stand in line. My son and I went to Spirit Halloween and having way more fun only to see my daughter heading our way! No sale for Windsor’s and score for Francesca’s! Proud mama! The place is a fad… gone wrong!
