I went to the clearance rack and found a pair of shoe that was on clearance for 44 dollars, as I was checking out, the cashier scan it at 44 dollars, then all of a sudden rip off the clearance tag and scan the not clearance tag and tells me this brand (hoka) never goes on sale, then scan is 170 dollars, I ask the manager to come and look at it then tell me the clearance tags is 44 but it doesnt say hoka on there then tell me to buy for 170, while I tell them look at both tags on both shoe ( tag on the other shoe that the cashier hasn't rip off, is 44 dollar(43.97).the top of the clearance tag clearly said it was at 170, red tag for clearance at 44.....luckily there was not another customer in line, that was the most unacceptable,embarrassing thing happen to a customer...I own a business that works in retail, I will ever train my employees or management to act like customers are a pain or a thief....please retrain your management and staff to show more enthusiasm /kindness to your customer instead making feel embarrassed and a pain ..( I was not rude nor loud mouth at anyone,)..this is lancaster county , once the facilities goes unprofessional, customer will never return,...
