  If you expect customer service…I wouldn’t shop here. If I could give it 0 stars I would just like my experience. No greeting at arrival, not a single member of the staff asked if I needed help. Staff to busy standing around talking to each other and almost felt like a bother to them. Walked out the store and will never walk back in. Will spend my money elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

  This place has an unreasonably restrictive online order pickup policy. My wife ordered an item which was available for pickup. As this place was on my way home, I stopped by to pick it up. They asked for my ID. Same last name and same address as my wife, and I had the online order confirmation in hand, but they said she has to come in to do the pickup herself. We do online order pickups often at various retailers, and no other retailer gives us any trouble with this. There was also no place to add a designated pickup person to the order, and there was no indication on the order confirmation that a family member could not do the pickup.

  Straight up disrespectful and rude employees!! Walked right through the door and first thing I heard was “MAAM THERES POOP ON YOUR SHOES,” smh the so called “dog poop” was MUD because there’s wet snow outside. After disagreeing with me and explaining that it was mud. I walked outside to clean my shoes as best as I could but she proceeded to stop me once again and gave me napkins to wipe my shoes. This makes absolutely zero sense because anyone with nose could tell whats dog poop and whats not. I just needed to pick up my order and was denied entry. Discrimination if you ask me! Also this employee is from manhattan she knows who she is because she was also rude to another customer that was asking a simple question.

  On Friday 12/12/2025, me, my mom and sister in law came in with 2 kids, we come to MK at Tanger here every December and buy items except this year. One of the male employees with a chin patch of hair treated us awful, like kids being in the store was a problem, so we went to coach instead and spent money elsewhere since we weren’t made to feel welcomed in the store, coach gave the kids endless stickers and didn’t rush us out of the store.

  This store has really good customer service. Yaritza in Lancaster was so very helpful. Very personable to me and my friend. Also treated all customers with respect. Smiled and willing to go beyond finding items for customers. Will highly recommend this store. Went to the other purse stores and was ignored. So it felted good to be seen. Yaritza Thanks again Kathy.
