- CCConstructionplusFeb 20, 20261.0I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your store on 2/18/2026 in park city center. While in the store with my son, the associate (male) on duty was engaged on their personal phone while sitting on the counter and did not acknowledge or greet us upon entering. We remained in the store for some time, yet there was no offer of assistance or even basic customer recognition. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and attentive environment, especially from a brand with your reputation. This lack of professionalism made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Shopping with a child can already require patience, and the absence of even minimal customer service was frustrating. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed with the staff at this location to ensure better service for future customers. I value good customer service and hope this feedback helps improve the in-store experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
