I recently purchased a pre owned Rolex on a trip to Boston. I needed someone to take a look at it to verify everything was in order. I sent an email inquiry and Alexa responded within an hour to let me know she was available to assist. The next day I brought my watch in and Alexa was very friendly and professional. The watch maker looked at my watch and I was happy with the verdict. I then had the opportunity to look at some other watch offerings. From the first tine I entered the store until I left the staff was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. Being an avid watch collector I've traveled to many watch & jewelry stores all over the country. There are only a few with this level of customer service and attention to detail. I felt welcomed and will definitely be returning for future purposes. This was the best rolex AD experiences and interactions I've had bar none.
