- MAMichael AllanApr 11, 20261.0I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this bad. I returned a pair of pants that were clearly unworn, simply because they were too big, and was refused a refund over something as minor as the tags being removed. I liked the pants enough that I went back and bought the correct size right away, thinking returning the larger pair wouldn’t be an issue. Apparently loyalty and common sense don’t matter here. Instead of working with a paying customer who literally bought the same item twice, they hid behind rigid policy with zero willingness to help. No understanding, no flexibility, no effort. Customer service like this is exactly why people stop shopping with brands. Policies are one thing, but treating people like they don’t matter is another. Really disappointing experience.
