  This is my teen’s go to store. I found the dress she needed on-line which let me see what location had in-store. Online website listed only 1 left in her size at KOP. Drove to store and asked a store staff to confirm they had it. Staff seem nice, yet not helpful with customers looking for a dress. She just said, “yes it says it’s here. But where? Well, look around”. So, I started looking in the racks of same color, looking and looking in a crowded store. I asked another staff if she can help me or at least point me in the right direction because the dress looks like others but I needed the specific style. She looked confused when I asked. She didn’t look busy. She points at where that one last dress can be- a needle in a haystack. Finally, I went back up front and asked if someone can help me because it’s the last one and I couldn’t find it. Only ONE lady offered genuinely. She found out that the dress was damaged and brought it out. Had she not been there, I would’ve been stuck on my own. She helped me throughout the process, was kind, patient, and seems she liked her job and/or had customer service experience. I wish all the staff had the same attitude in case I have to go back.

  To Crowded, Took me like an hour just to try on 2 dresses , Some of the dresses are kinda cheap made and are expensive even though they are poorly made

  Store seems to be out dated with recent fashion its ashame because my wife loved this place when it opened up. Hard to find what she wants anymore.
