  So today I went to kids to look at cloths for my new grandbaby I asked for help from an employee who was there whom I believe was the manager from what she told me, her name was Jennifer after maybe 10 minutes of her helping me she started to become very rude and highly disrespectful she was trying to rush my decisions, she kept interrupting me as I was speaking which was very rude and unprofessional as a manager. Nordstrom was not like this years ago I think they need to find a new manager for kids. Highly unacceptable and poor customer service.

  Nordstrom King of Prussia has now become a higher priced Target. Poor customer service. Lingerie Dept- no one there…. Tacky. I recall a nice piano player there on weekends.

  I had a very disappointing experience while shopping for a suit with my fiancée. I asked about a specific color—green—and instead of being helped, I felt judged and dismissed. The associate responded by questioning where I was from and implied that “nobody wears that color,” asking if people wear it “in my country.” This comment came across as insensitive and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be assisted with my preferences, not questioned or made to feel uncomfortable because of them. Shopping should be a welcoming experience, and this interaction did not reflect that at all. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel judged when simply asking for what they like.

  I had a wonderful experience with Chloe at the MAC counter in Nordstrom King of Prussia. She was incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. Chloe took the time to match my shades perfectly and made sure I got everything I needed. Her attention to detail and friendly personality made the experience that much more pleasant and I received so many compliments on my makeup. I’ll absolutely be returning to her for event makeup, or my future makeup supply needs, she’s fantastic!
