  The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the clothes are cute and high quality - both men’s and women’s. My only complaint is that the fitting rooms are HOT like a sauna! The little lights in each room are like heat lamps! Won’t stop me from shopping here though, just please change the lights or something! 😅

  Absolutely fantastic and attentive staff. I really needed shorts for the summer as a new mom who went up a few sizes. Two associates were incredible in helping secure me the biggest changing room with my baby who was in a stroller. They also stuck around close by to help me grab multiple pairs of shorts. I went to many other stores before purchasing from Madewell. Their shorts were by far the most flattering when I needed a bit of a confidence boost postpartum.

  I just stopped by and was surprised that they didn't had any choice of good clothes. Used to be a good store.

  Bought jeans online that were shipped with no tag, I came to return them since they did not fit. The cashier told me since there was no tag I clearly wore them and I cant return it. I tried to explain they were shipped this way and she told me it was "impossible" and that i "cant wear clothes then expect to return them." Extremely disappointed in this store's disorganization and the rudeness from the staff.
