Even though we didn’t have an appointment, he walked us through some of the pieces. Gave us a very pleasant first time experience at van cleef & arpels. Would recommend going to Bobby for service.

This time, I was told that in order to enter, I’d need to purchase an item online and then pick it up on the store to try on, no option to shop at the store. I frequent Cartier and Tiffany & co. in this mall and have always received wonderful service. The service here is truly disappointing and the worst of the luxury stores in this mall. If you are looking to shop at Van Cleef, I would recommend taking your business to a different location!! I will not be returning to this location.
