  Came here for the high end experience and was disappointed. The workers were standing around talking to each other. I was never greeted. A taller fellow never greeted me or looked my way to see if I needed help or to get someone to help me. This is a reflection of bad management. I came to KOP mall because it's the biggest mall in PA and quite a few famous people go shopping there. Boy was I disappointed in the service at Tiffany's. I will be going to other locations and hopefully my experience is better than this one.

  Late review.. but hope this helps - Haley at this store was amazing to help me purchase a ring for my now wife. I'm so glad I walked into this store (last year), and I bought a ring to propose and am now married. Haley really help me go through options, help me understand diamonds (which I had no idea about prior to coming to this store). Haley really guided me and made my buying process so smooth. I hope this review can help others, the store and esp Haley who was a genuine and great sales representative to work with. Highly recommend this store.

  This is a fun place to browse even if you aren't going to buy anything. Sometimes it's nice to look at these things and appreciate them in the store, but the merchandise isn't the type of thing that I would buy to bring home, regardless of the price. This is more of a place to appreciate things on display while I'm out shopping.

  The well dressed security guard and several workers greeted me with hospitality. There was one particular worker who kept eyeing me as if I was plotting on stealing as I was browsing the store. He never greeted me and made me feel uneasy. I later found out it was the director smh. Tiffany do better and hire a new director who's as friendly with hospitality as your other workers.

  Upon arrival I had an employee give me a bad vibe and dirty look as if I was in the wrong store. An associate helped me and I ask who was that tall employee who gave me that dirty look and a bad vibe he laugh and told me it was the director. Who needs a director when you already have a manager lol. Be mindful and reevaluate who you choose to be the director. Steven Spielberg would be a better choice. I'm going to be taking my business to a different Tiffany location. After reading the comments with 1 star I can see why smh.
