- BABriana AdamsMay 31, 20251.0I went into the store today and my experience wasn’t a good one. I was only greeted by the security guard upon entry and had to walk around to find help. I asked one of the sales associates questions about perfume which he answered before adding that that they didn’t have samples. When I looked at him puzzled he said “ Oh because I know people come in asking for them” which I replied that I don’t want a sample, I want the bottle. He then told me that he was already assisting someone so I needed to wait for someone to become available. After waiting for about 10 minutes, another woman walks in behind me and immediately helped. I had to ask for some assistance before I was actually helped and I actually came in knowing what I wanted. I felt invisible and I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I was dressed in scrubs because I just got off work and I wanted to treat myself to something nice….
