This young lady was EXTREMELY pleasant, patient, helpful and professional. I was greeted politely upon walking into the store. I actually felt extra special because I was the only customer. That said, I am not tech savvy with my phone and this young lady helped me navigate to ensure that my purchase was done correctly. She explained EVERYTHING & no question I had was bothersome at all! We live in a world today in which customer service has fallen by the wayside . Zamiah proved that excellent customer service hasn’t truly become extinct! Keep her around because she was just that GREAT!
