    I was assisted by Derick and I can only say amazing things! He was super attentive, did a personal evaluation for me, and recommended the Plazma sunglasses in blue. The service was incredible—very thoughtful and personalized. This was my first purchase at Oakley, and the experience couldn’t have been better.     I got some amazing customer service today… trying to think of the best way to write it. Short version: I bought prescription Oaklies on the website. Frames broke- not a big deal and my fault. Just wanted to buy new frames to put the expensive rx lenses in. Easy right? Actually impossible on the site. After devoting hours to trying online, I went into the store. Even though it wasn’t his problem , the gentleman at the store genuinely owned my issue. He didn’t have to but he jumped in with me to figure it out and got it done. I will only buy from this store now - period! Such an awesome experience and restored some faith in retail! Highly recommend!
