  I went to bra/lingerie department in Nordstrom in KOP mall. I am 33 and I recently got a breast reduction, so a refitting and purchase of two bras were necessary. Jaden, an employee working in that department, did an INCREDIBLE job with my fitting. She had a comfortable energy when measuring me and asked detailed questions regarding what I was looking for bra wise. The bras she brought back were exactly what I was looking for . She nailed it on the head and provided great customer service. Adding to that, the other staff working were attentive and extremely kind. Right as I walked into their department I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance- and was immediately led to the dressing room for my sitting. Thank you, Jaden and team(in the bra/lingerie department at King of Prussia Mall! ) I left with a wonderful experience (and this comes from someone who gets anxious any time I go to the mall! )

  Last night I went to Nordstrom with my girlfriend to look at the Le Labo perfume. I have shopped at Nordstrom since I was a kid and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional sales people in my life. The woman at Le Labo barley spoke to me, was too busy looking at her nails and was completely checked out and uninterested. The next thing that I realized was that behind me were these two people at the Tom Ford counter whispering and looking at my girlfriend and myself, probably because we “weren’t dressed for Nordstrom” and the woman came over and started to talk to me while somewhat laughing at me and she was extremely condescending. I ended up buying the perfume because I really wanted it, but I will never buy another fragrance from Nordstrom or anything else for that matter. Extremely disappointed in what Nordstrom has become.

  Nordstrom is by and large the best department store in King of Prussia bar none! I used to always say that I had no idea why anyone would shop anywhere other than Nordstrom and my faith in that sentiment has been renewed tonight! Ty in the woman’s shoe department is fantastic! He was so gracious and accommodating and just really made the whole shopping experience so much more enjoyable. It’s associates like Ty that keep customers coming back. And even though it was late in the evening and about an hour from closing, he never once made me feel rushed or unwelcome. With great selections and great customer service, there’s really no reason to shop anywhere else!
