    I had a fabulous experience with this store and working with Maria ! She is wonderful! She knew I wanted a bag and was not well enough to get to the store and she was so kind and had everything packed up and shipped out to me so I wouldn’t miss it. It was packed so beautifully and she was so kind. Every experience at this store is fantastic ♥️

    I had the best experience with Maria. I wanted a certain bag it was always sold out. I spoke to Maria and she said she would let me know when one comes in. She texted me the next day told me that they had a bag. While we were texting the bag was sold. She located the bag at another store she was going to have them send it to me their system was down. Maria still continued to look for the bag. She got her hands on one and completed the sale with me. She was so awesome, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She should be employee of the month. Maria was a pleasure. I look for to working with her on further purchases.

    Customer service here is super wack Kayla should be fired but Marc jacobs products are fire I just buy it online but it make buying clothes horrible online shopping can’t compare to in person u can’t physically see and appreciate the high end details

    I had a great shopping experience at this location this past weekend. I was looking to buy the latest "hoodie" in black; they were currently out of stock. Due to great experience and customer service i decided to purchase the white "hoodie" Sanaa Guilford is my personal style advisor whenever i shop at this location. she went above and beyond to not only checking to see if the hoodie was in stock, offering spring bottled water and many laughs and jokes. Also Manger on duty was a great help as well showing us the latest collection in store stock.. Love Monet!!
