  I had the best experience with Maria. I wanted a certain bag it was always sold out. I spoke to Maria and she said she would let me know when one comes in. She texted me the next day told me that they had a bag. While we were texting the bag was sold. She located the bag at another store she was going to have them send it to me their system was down. Maria still continued to look for the bag. She got her hands on one and completed the sale with me. She was so awesome, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She should be employee of the month. Maria was a pleasure. I look for to working with her on further purchases.

  Customer service here is super wack Kayla should be fired but Marc jacobs products are fire I just buy it online but it make buying clothes horrible online shopping can’t compare to in person u can’t physically see and appreciate the high end details

  Dana is amazing! Thank you for working with me out of state and having everything ready for my mom and me when we arrived while I was on vacation. Bought some additional items as well while we were visiting. Can’t wait to come back when I move. Everyone is very helpful.

  Great experience at the King of Prussia store. I walked into the store thinking i would not find what i was looking for and the sales associate Kayla was sure she could help me find exactly the right bag. She was upbeat and very pleasant which immediately put me st ease. Kayla asked me a few questions and within a few minutes she had the perfect bag and strap picked out for me. The manager Sierra was supportive as well in making sure everything was perfect for the sale. An amazing experience and without a doubt that will be my first stop for my next handbag purchase.

  Had a great experience at the King of Prussia. Very impressed with the two sales associates, Kayla and Sierra. When we first arrived my wife looked around and was pretty certain that there was nothing in the store that matched her purse criteria. Kayla then asked if she could help and wwith excellent customer service convinced my wife to give her a chance. Needless to say she did help and we left the store happy with our purchase and happy with the experience.
