    Went to KOP few weeks ago and the staff was very nice and welcoming upon arrival. I worked with Mounir & purchased my first Louie bag & shades. I went with the Speedy Soft 30 in black. That bag is beautiful. Didn’t even use it yet or the shades waiting for Sag season lol . But shop with them & Mounir is very knowledgeable of the merchandise and patience because I was definitely indecisive at first lol

    I purchased a new purse online this week and traveled to the KOP store to do the initials hot stamping with my friend. I called ahead to confirm this service and was told the wait would be 30 min - an hour. Upon arrival I was told 2 hrs and I expressed that we needed to leave at a specific time and the associate said he would let the stamper know and it would definitely be done by then. When we arrived 2 hours later our purses were just sprawled out on the common area table unattended and were not stamped. Part of my handle had a sticky stain that wasn’t there when I dropped my bag off. The associate at the stamp machine was rude and just made a bunch of excuses and was overall unapologetic and dismissive - she was working on a stamp for someone who had just purchased an item and had zero wait time. I work hard for my money and I recognize that buying a LV purse is a luxury… and therefore I expected an elevated customer service experience that was far from met. Literally Target has better customer service. I will be sure to avoid this store BUT i do want to give the greeter a shout out because she was really sweet and genuinely apologetic for our frustrations.

    I have been a loyal Louis Vuitton customer for over 20 years. Typically my SA is fantastic but the quality of the product has gone seriously down hill. I have been back to the store multiple times in the past few years with several bags I have purchased for my wife. Everything she actually uses and doesn’t let sit in her collection just falls apart. Typically this location is great with helping us and making things right. Most recently we brought in a purse where the glazing was starting to fall apart on the strap. Something we experienced on the actual bag itself a few years ago that resulted in a year long visit to their repair center. I was quoted $400 to “repair” a strap of a bag lol. $400. The manager Dana, whom I see referenced in other posts, was cold, condescending and short with us when we were asking how it costs $400 to repair the glazing on a vinyl bag strap. Basically told me I can take it or leave it. It’s all good - you lost a customer of over 20 years. I also referred other high volume clients who will take their business elsewhere. Louis Vuitton KOP should really look into hiring managers who are better equipped to handling customers. This manager Dana is absolutely terrible at conflict resolution. If you’re going to sell a luxury product, your bag shouldn’t fall apart under normal usage. This is the 4th or 5th bag she had to bring back in the past 5 years due to quality issues. The last purse (Palm Springs mini backpack) was replaced twice due to quality issues and they eventually pressured her to swapping it out with a completely different purse because they know the purse was just poorly made and we would be back with issues again. It’s really sad the current state of affairs at LV and I hope this location can find better management.

As a long-standing and loyal customer, I have always held your brand in high regard, valuing not only the quality of your products but also the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by your staff. Regrettably, my latest visit was marred by an encounter that I found both unprofessional and unwelcoming. I approached the glass display of men's wallets with the intention of making a purchase. Instead of receiving assistance or an inquiry into my needs, I was met with a dismissive remark: “Excuse me, you can't stand behind there.” This response was delivered in a manner that felt abrupt and discourteous, which was both surprising and disappointing. Such treatment not only diminishes the shopping experience but also raises concerns about the level of staff training and customer service standards at your store. It is my belief that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. Given this experience, I feel compelled to inform you that I will be filing a formal complaint. Louis Vuitton has been a brand I have trusted and appreciated over the years, but this incident has caused me to reconsider my patronage. It is my hope that you will address this matter appropriately to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar disappointments.
