I had an associate tell me very rudely that if I was going to try on the jackets that I had to zip them up when putting them back, but I had tried on one jacket so far and tried to rezip it for the zipper to get stuck over and over again. We were also surrounded by other unzipped jackets. I understand it's frustrating to have to rezip so many jackets, but being so rude to customers that are trying to buy your jackets makes me not want to shop here at all.
