I said no problem i need for the next weekend theres a pair at ALLBIRDS shoes thatll be fine . No .. we will order you wides and they will arrive by wednesday . Great . Shoes arrive , of course theyre not wide . Call store , got the typical young manager who couldnt have cared less . Can you overnight pair from wearhouse in NY? No we dont so that . Bring them back and we will refund . Gee thanks… of course you will !!! They sent the wrong shoes !!. He casually says “this happens all the time “” ill send you a label.. just drop them at UPS and couple weeks we will call you to get card number and refund .. NOT “were sorry”, not we will order again and refund 1/2, nothing . CUSTOMER SERVICE DIED 10 years ago. Needed shoes for wedding. Very Poor management.
