  Extremely clean, great selection of cigars, & the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend cigar mojo after being at both of their locations.

  Brought cigars they were 100% DRY!!! When I took the cellophane wrapper off, they basically disintegrate and fall apart. That's how dry they were. Wasted 100% of my money none of them were any good! Your generic BS reply shows your lack of customer service. The cigars were for an event on Saturday night so can't call when closed. It's a fact when somebody says how many years they've been in business is their go to "line" and doesn't address the customers concern that owner has no customer service skills. I think I just described you. I've bought cigars all over the planet. Yours were absolutely the worst I've ever purchased anywhere! It was like they were stored on a mirror in direct sunlight in a desert for years... Absolute garbage take responsibility its your horrible product. Do you think that a professional business man insults a customer's review? You should be cleaning up that front entrance way where you have a bunch of old boxes and handwritten signs... Spend time improving that getto shack of an establishment. I thought I entered into a Third World undeveloped country. 13 years in business time for some new air purifiers because that store stinks and had so much smoke it billowed out the front door as I entered. Of course there is smoke and the smell of it in a cigar store! But Cigar Mojo looks like the fire place is clogged at a ski lodge. What are you 12 years old? Man up and take responsibility for your trash sub par product. You should be thankful when you get somebody that takes time to review something that involves your products. You might be opened mined and learn something to improve. "Outdate old and worn with a bad attitude" your new store moto..... You may have that free marketing line from me. It's my gift to you. You're like a dirty 7-Eleven that just doesn't care. You know the crapy broken down motel on the side of the highway type establishment .You obviously don't care about your decor, your products, your reputation and most importantly your customers.

  Allen was amazing. We came for my brothers bachelor party and he helped us to the 9’s!!!! We really appreciated his opinion and he directed us to exactly what we liked. I would come back every time!!!!! Only because of him :)
