  I had a wonderful experience at the Canada Goose store in King of Prussia, thanks to Brittney, one of the store managers. She was exceptional—kind, incredibly helpful, and so patient as my son tried on several different jacket models. She made the entire visit feel easy and enjoyable, never rushed us, and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. We will definitely be returning once he decides which jacket he likes best. I highly recommend this store, and especially Brittney, for outstanding customer service. She made us want to return to the store!

  I was planning to buy a vest for my wife and myself in this store.. There was a line before you enter, but there's barely people in this store (4 or less). 2 People left the store and a family of 5 gets in. 7 people left the store and my wife and myself still didn't get in. 15 minutes past and we are still waiting to get in but the clerk did not want us to get in.. Oh well, not our loss.. Bought a vest in another store though and will never return on this Canada Goose store..

  Despite my high expectations, I was deeply disappointed with this store’s service. I recently ordered a jacket via phone from this store and requested that it be delivered promptly before my flight. The seller assured me that the jacket would arrive on time. However, to my dismay, the jacket has not yet arrived. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the call center, but they have been unresponsive. The store has repeatedly put me on hold for 30-40 minutes after finally answering the phone, providing me with the same information. The tracking number indicates that the package has not yet been picked up by UPS. As a result, I am left with the burden of worrying about my purchase and continuing to call the store. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with a negative impression of the store’s customer service. I would not hesitate to give this store a zero-star rating. I am unsure of the manager’s identity, but I am deeply disappointed with the poor customer service provided. Horrible!!!!

  I don’t understand why this store insists on running itself like a luxury boutique. A line to get in, only two customers allowed inside at a time, for what is essentially a standard retail store. I came in ready to buy a jacket and left because I wasn’t going to stand around waiting while people “browse.” If the goal is to drive away paying customers, this strategy is working perfectly.

  Tuve una excelente experiencia comprando mi abrigo aquí. Desde que entré a la tienda el personal fue muy amable y profesional. Me recibieron de inmediato y se tomaron el tiempo para entender lo que estaba buscando sin presionarme a comprar. Me explicaron con detalle las diferencias entre los modelos el nivel de abrigo y el ajuste lo cual hizo mucho más fácil elegir el abrigo correcto.
