The sales Amy told us to expect one shipment however they were shipped out in different packages. Now we never received the second one and they just became very hard to get hold of after knowing about our situation. All of a sudden, Amy just decided to never pick up the phone call from us anymore. There is absolutely no one trying to help with our situation ,neither interested in answering any further questions. They basically just took the money and turned around. If you don’t want to lose money for no reason, go pick another store. There is zero professionalism,zero integrity, and zero customer here at this store.

My ring looked brand new & was cleaned super quickly and the repair process was explained very thoroughly. I also greatly appreciated the sales representative not forcing the most expensive item on me, but the one that met my needs as I was shopping for a wallet. I would 100% recommend shopping at this location.

I was told they couldn’t do it unless I left it for 24 hours. Makes no sense. What if I were to have bought a watch right then, would it not get sized. Terrible customer service considering the cost of the watch.
