They only gave me the amount insured when I dropped it off and signed the paper— would not offer discount on submariner. Zero emotion shown for losing a family heirloom. 1960’s Rolex, worn by 3 generations of my family for $3,000 and I had to spend hours with corporate filling out papers. Shame.
