We met a lovely lady she was very pleasant and treated us Nice and tried to service our needs. I purchased Rolex cufflinks in the hopes of getting a watch that I have wanted but that hasn’t happened and according to them there is nothing available. I gave six watches that I would like to purchase while I understand some of them are really difficult to get I didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary but have been bypassed and forgotten. My AD has said she has gone to bat for me and I do appreciate her but nothing has happened. I feel I could be a really good customer but maybe their motto is thank you next.
