  Excellent experience at the Rolex store. Professional service, great atmosphere, and top-level customer care from start to finish. Special thanks to Monica and Jordan — thanks to them I was able to purchase my dream Rolex Datejust. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of without any pressure. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a serious and professional Rolex buying experience.   Awful Customer Service and terrible manager for letting this store get to this point. I’ve purchased $45,000 worth of watches from here and the staff act like they are doing you a favor by allocating 30 seconds of their time. It truly hurts the brand status. I hear customer after customer walk out complaining about who poorly run this specific store is. Do not shop here if you want a respectful and informative experience when making a purchase or inquiring to purchase.

  I recently had an excellent experience purchasing my Rolex Explorer at the boutique. Maggie was absolutely fantastic to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully, and I couldn’t be happier with my new watch. I’m looking forward to working with Maggie on future purchases, and highly recommend the experience.

  Myself and my wife went into the Rolex portion of Bucherer on two different occasions and we were not even greeted. One of the two visits they were close to closing so that could be understandable to an extent because every customer should be greeted. My now wife who was my fiancé at the time wanted to buy me a Rolex as a wedding gift but after going to this Rolex Store (closet to my home) and not receiving assistance we started looking at flights to Las Vegas to visit the Rolex store there. We were interested in a new Rolex directly from Rolex as there are many fakes and never serviced Rolex watches being sold at jewelers. We were not able get information or purchase a watch.
