- RRRickyMay 25, 20211.0Love the brand but will not be returning to this location ever again. The employee here is plain rude and condescending. His name is Jose and he proudly claims to have been working at this location for 21 years. I have rarely ever left a negative review but this one deserves it. I placed an order for 4 sports jackets online and per their policy came here to return what I didn’t like. I walk into the store holding the 3 coats asking where to return it and Jose yells out......so many returns? did you buy the whole website? I said “no”, just 4 jackets. I make the return and was in the store today for another return. He recognizes me from 2 weeks ago and asks.... aren’t you the one with all those returns last week? I said “yes” and I have one more return today. Is that a problem? He says “no”. But the manner in which is asks loudly thinking it’s funny, I don’t think he understands his tone and demeanor is condescending. This time I don’t let it go and challenge him on why he calls me out for returns. His excuse is so he can have a tailor look at it and see if they can adjust it to fit be better. Fair enough but there are nicer ways to ask the same question, certainly doesn’t require announcing to the whole store “You are making so many returns? Did you buy the whole website? He continues to talk over me saying I am taking it personally and then goes on about how long he has been there. The issue is that he is hit headed and too full of himself and will likely never realize how pushy he is and downright condescending his jokes his tone is. Boss, if you are reading this, please train your staff better or just walk down to Bonobos and get a sense of how a customer should be treated.
