- KKkkupscznkApr 14, 20191.0Called the King of Prussia store as a long standing customer of Hugo Boss to inquire about policy as I don’t live near. Was extremely offended and disheartened by the “managers” arrogance and attitude. To go into detail, Nico Herrera was extremely condescending and rude. He went as far as blaming his poor attitude on my disapproval of his answer to my questions. If this is how Hugo Boss treats a customer who spends 3k on their clothing, I’ll take my money elsewhere. In my opinion, Nico needs some soft skills training as he clearly doesn’t belong in the high end customer service business.
