  I had an amazing experience at ALO thanks to the assistant manager, Alex. She was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to help me find a specific pair of socks. She brought out multiple options, helped me look through different items, and even went into the back to grab more for me. She was super helpful, patient, and genuinely kind the entire time. Alex is truly an amazing assistant manager and absolutely deserves the spotlight. Customer service like hers makes such a difference, I’ll definitely be back!

  Customer service is terrible! They will follow you around as soon as you step foot in the door!! Especially if you’re black, they’re big on racially profiling! They’ll ask if you’re ok, or do you need help over and over again. Not all employees are this stuck up, but the majority are. Love alo, but this store has some stepping up to do. I should be able to shop comfortably without being harassed honestly. And don’t get me started on how they will eye you down!! The stares are so shady it’s sad. I will no longer be shopping at THIS location.

  The customer service at this location is comically horrendous. The girls literally sit on fixtures and point you in random directions. If you ask for help finding sizes they stare at you…blankly. Twice was enough for me, the quality of the product matches the attitude of the employees at this location- both lacking in quality, care, and evidently the need for revenue and customer loyalty.

  Clothes are a little pricey but good quality!!! Staff is very helpful. The only thing is alot of the tops are cropped tops, so if you like that style this is the place, lol
