  Visited this Aerie planning to purchase clothing, when I walked in the store there was 3 employees in the front nobody greeted me in the store. As I walk around and start looking, I’m assuming it was a manager comes up abruptly behind me asking what am I looking for and I responded I am looking because I don’t come to this location often, then she continually tells me that the store is closing in 20 minutes. By her body language and tone it just did not seem like she wanted anyone in the store when they were getting ready to close. I probably would have been done looking and purchasing within 10 minutes, but I decided to just ultimately leave the store. I did not feel welcomed to continue shopping, and I probably will not be back to this location.

  I had such a lovely experience shopping at the Aerie store in the King of Prussia Mall this evening. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed. The entire team was upbeat and kind, creating such a positive and relaxed vibe throughout the store. I received helpful support at the fitting room when needed, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Briley and Elian were absolute rock stars. Their customer service truly stood out—they were friendly, attentive, and made my shopping trip even better. Thank you so much, gals! Can’t wait to come back! 💕

  Employees were very unkind. This was my go to store for bras and underwear. Sadly after this experience it will no longer be. Very unfortunate.
