  Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping get fitted into a tuxedo for my wedding. Highly recommend to go see Ken. The quality of the clothing and service was excellent. A bit pricer than your usual suit place, but worth it if you appreciate quality clothing. 10/10 experience. You only get married once, hopefully, why not treat yourself.

  Great quality mens dress apparel with a large variety of colors and options. Also phenomenal customer service with a gentleman by the name of Julian assisting me with finding larger sized shirts as well as pairing with matching ties and socks to keep me looking sharp. High quality all around!

  Came in to shop for my dad’s birthday gift and the entire team was welcoming and able to look up sizing that was sold out in store and helpful with reaching out once items arrived to the store.

  I placed my original order back in August and we’re close to the end of October and I still don’t have my shirts. I will say I had to do two returns because the size was off but each time I’ve gone through a return it’s taken about 4 Weeks to get the new order. Just takes forever to ship, so will probably just request a full refund if the new size ever gets here and doesn’t fit.

  I was in the market for a wardrobe refresh, so I decided to stop in one Sunday to see what the space was like before committing to a purchase. JJulie (the store manager) welcomed me, showed me a few new seasonal items and let me look around. She was friendly and informative - immediately making me feel comfortable in the space. Once I was home, I decided to make an appointment to purchase a suit and two blazers. I was partnered with Christian for my appointment. He took time to measure me, explain different fabrics and styles to me, show me multiple options, and help me find what I was looking for. He was super down to earth, so the whole experience felt casual, yet professional, without being overwhelming. One of the pieces I selected had to be ordered for me, so when it arrived I came back for tailoring. Again, Christian took the time to explain the process to me, show me what the garments would look like once tailored, and communicate expectations for when they would be ready. Once the tailoring was done and I was able to pick everything up, I met with Julie. As a store manager, I saw Julie interact with every guest in the store while still allowing the person each guest was working with to handle the full transaction. This level of customer service isn't something you see everyday, and stood out to me as something that makes CT special. When it came to my needs, Julie expressed how impressed she was with Christian's ability to get my tailoring done perfectly, and took the time to explain different shirt fabrics and styles to me without any of the information being overwhelming. To me, that's what makes CT different: Julie and the team take a shopping experience than can be intimidating and overwhelming and make it approachable. You get the sense that they love what they do and they actually want you to be there with them enjoying the space, products and service. When I got home and showed my wife what I had purchased, she was floored - commenting that all the pieces "look custom made." Overall, my experience with CT was excellent. I'll definitely be shopping there more.
