  Bought two no-iron dress shirts; alterations were poorly done; otherwise, nice shirts. As part of same purchase, bought two no-iron button down shirts which are not no-iron and come out of the dryer terribly wrinkled. Since the first dress shirts were okay, I thought I would give them another try. I bought four shirts. Again, nice shirts but they were not altered properly (way too long) and when I called customer service they said I would need to take all kinds of measurements and submit photographs for them to consider issuing a return label even after I explained that the sleeves are a solid inch longer than the last shirts I bought from them. I should have known better than to make a second purchase from this company. Fool me twice … shame on me.

  Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping get fitted into a tuxedo for my wedding. Highly recommend to go see Ken. The quality of the clothing and service was excellent. A bit pricer than your usual suit place, but worth it if you appreciate quality clothing. 10/10 experience. You only get married once, hopefully, why not treat yourself.

  Great quality mens dress apparel with a large variety of colors and options. Also phenomenal customer service with a gentleman by the name of Julian assisting me with finding larger sized shirts as well as pairing with matching ties and socks to keep me looking sharp. High quality all around!

  Came in to shop for my dad’s birthday gift and the entire team was welcoming and able to look up sizing that was sold out in store and helpful with reaching out once items arrived to the store.

  I placed my original order back in August and we’re close to the end of October and I still don’t have my shirts. I will say I had to do two returns because the size was off but each time I’ve gone through a return it’s taken about 4 Weeks to get the new order. Just takes forever to ship, so will probably just request a full refund if the new size ever gets here and doesn’t fit.
