I’m only giving this store one star because zero isn’t an option. The customer service is absolutely awful. I’m a 17-year-old, and my first piece was the trinity bracelet. I was so excited to go to the store to get my bracelet cord changed. I only go here because it’s the only option closest to me.
The staff looks down on you and gives you condescending looks if you don’t have one of their most expensive bracelets. Multiple times I had the security man following me around the entire time. They really take their time to get to me each time I go. One time, they told me to go shop at other stores because my bracelet would take too long to change and told me to come back in 20-30 minutes. This is absolutely absurd! It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to change a piece of silk.
Today, I came in to do an exchange on a love bracelet that was bought in another country. Before I came here, I called the number given to me on the Cartier website. The lady told me we could do a clean exchange, so I drove the hour drive. When I got to the store, I got condescending looks. The manager was absolutely rude. He said I was an “exception,” but “you’ll have to pay extra for taxes.” Mind you, I was told it would be a clean exchange. He was extremely rude, blinking at me repeatedly and nodding his head in sarcasm. I was the only customer in the store, and my boyfriend looked around and said, “Did you see all the other associates looking in at our conversation?”
For such an expensive store i expected there to be better customer service. You really should be checking how associates act with clients because after all these instances i do not want to shop at the King of Prussia Cartier store ever again. I am very disappointed in the staff and i expected better and if this doesn’t change I will not be stepping foot in this store again. Also just wanted to mention when i came in with a designer bag i got treated really differently than when i didn’t have one. This staff profiles you based off looks and monetary status.
I had a really terrible experience bringing in my Tank watch to be serviced and to have the band replaced at the King of Prussia Mall location. I walked in and once I told the greeter what I was there for, I was immediately treated like a second class citizen because I wasn’t making an extravagant purchase. I was there to have my Tank watch serviced and to replace the band. For me, purchasing a new band and completing the service on my watch is a lot for me and something I saved up for. I was left waiting for a significant amount of time for someone to hep me and my questions seemed to be a major inconvenience. Cartier’s sales representatives shouldn’t treat a customer based on how much they spend - a customer is still a customer. So disappointing and I will do any future business with them online if I need to.

For the second time, I had an outstanding experience with Jasmine Staley and the entire team at Cartier King of Prussia. I requested an additional service to extend the length of the necklace, and from start to finish, the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism was truly exceptional.

I had an outstanding experience at the Cartier King of Prussia store thanks to Jasmine Staley. From the very beginning of my purchase, Jasmine was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She ensured that my order was placed smoothly and, most importantly, that it arrived on time as promised.
Even after the purchase was completed, Jasmine continued to follow up and provided additional assistance with a necklace extension, making sure every detail was handled perfectly and that I was completely satisfied. Staff were great, store clean and well managed, experience in the store excellent, manager in the store exceptional so the grade for Mall of Prussia Cartier is a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I took off 2 stars off because I'm grading cartiers phone customer service 1/5 and their fraud unit 0/5. They almost lost a sale because despite the bank verifying it was a legit transaction, they kept reversing my charges and what could have easily been done online and over the phone, ended up taking me having to do a LONG drive out to their store, spending money on transportation because I'm not from the area so took a car service and even in person we still had an issue that till now the fraud department hasn't bothered solving. Fortunately for them, they still got my business because I wanted the item for my daughters birthday. I get that they want to protect against fraud but when even the bank is verifying the transaction, it shouldn't be such a challenge. Also they seriously need another way to contact their fraud department besides sending a form over and takes them upto and even over 24hours to respond. Phew what a headache! Sarah a representive over the phone started off great but then never responded to messages nor called back as she said she would, even gave her email address but ignored all my messages. 1/5 for her and my experience over the phone on followup calls. My experience with cartier this time left me 😞.
