  Staff is absolutely terrible. They do not help customers whatsoever have inappropriate conversations in front of customers and also use their cell phones Instead of helping customers

  Primark at King of Prussia is one of those stores you can easily spend hours in without realizing it. The place is huge, bright, and always buzzing with shoppers, especially on weekends. The best part? The prices. You can find everything from trendy outfits and cozy basics to stylish shoes, home decor, and even cute accessories, all at wallet‑friendly prices. It’s perfect if you want to stay on‑trend without spending too much. The store layout is spacious and well‑organized, though it can get a little messy during rush hours—totally understandable given how busy it gets. Staff are usually friendly and helpful if you need a different size or can’t find something. The checkout lines move surprisingly fast thanks to the multiple registers. I love stopping here before seasonal changes to stock up on essentials or grab some new fashion finds. Overall, it’s a fun, affordable shopping experience that always feels fresh and updated. Definitely one of the best spots in the mall for budget‑friendly fashion and everyday staples!

  Alright not bad. It's not a small store. The women section is huge. Their prices WENT UP 😳 not worth the products they offer. Their pajamas shrink after one wash! Personal opinion: I don't think primark prices match what they offer.

  Primark is an okay store with very good prices and a decent selection of clothing. The sizes that are offered however, are mostly for skinnier people. Some of my stature has a hard time finding items that fit. It seems that I have to go to a place like Kohl's in order to find my kind of sizes. But there have been a few things that I've found here that work for me, usually accessories like hats and scarves.
