Their chat, through five9 is inactive and they don’t do anything to resolve anything. Avoid this company. I am waiting for a supervisor callback that likely won’t ever come. They avoid their customers. Took 3 hours to get a rep and they basically told me the mistake isn’t their fault when it clearly is.
