- JBJosh BickleSep 6, 20211.0So this is not directed at this store but their online service that is horrible. I purchased a suit 2 weeks ago. A few days later, they cancelled the jacket only. I went through their CS to assist in reordering so the jacket would arrive on time for an event. Well 2 days later, I got another email of them cancelling the jacket. So then I had to go buy elsewhere and have a pair of pants that aren’t needed. When speaking w their customer service online, the only thing they would say is sorry and that they would give me free 2 day shipping on a future order. Such a waste of time and poor excuse of customer service. Sorry to this store for receiving this review.
