- ATAnis TyebNov 12, 20252.0Today we visited Michael Kors outlet store in Hershey. I had guests visiting from UK and wanted to do some shopping for gifts. They purchased over $600.00 worth of ladies bags and purses, a total of 8 items. The clerk put all of our purchases in 4 paper bags. When we requested two additional paper bags, the representative flatly declined to accommodate our requests. She then went inside a room and got the Indian manager. She also flatly declined to give two extra paper bags. This is unheard of in United States. I should have video taped this entire episode. I am writing this review so the upper management is aware of their staff poor performance. How much a paper bag cost? We argued what if we had purchased each item separately, they would not have used each paper bag for each purse purchased. They said they would still not have given, because they don’t have enough stock of paper bags. We were going to return the entire purchase. I give this experience a two star.

Went to pay for the watch and I was expecting them to size it and was told by the sales lady that she couldn't size the watch because of only having two sales people in the store and that I would need to come back into the store with the receipt on another day to have it sized. I ended up not buying the watch because I wanted to wear it right away and I don't live close to Hershey to be able to bring it back to have it sized. This was such a disappointment. Worst store that I have ever shopped in.
